Newsletter
We periodically send out a digital newsletter by e-mail to our visitors and to people who are interested. Data retention period and access
As soon as your services with us end, we will retain some of your data based on the retention period imposed by law. We will delete any data that is no longer required. We will destroy all your data after the legal retention period has expired.

To ensure that you have made your request for access, please attach a copy of your identity document to the request. We request you to black out your passport photo and citizen service number (CSN) contained in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Virtual Office 24 and Virtual Kantoor 24 will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks.
Sharing with others
Virtual Office 24, Virtual Office Almere and Virtual Kantoor 24 will only provide data to third parties and only if required for the execution of our agreement with your or to comply with a statutory obligation.
